  •  We help undocumented men, women and children who have suffered from domestic violence or have been victims of other serious crimes and are eligible for protection under current immigration law.
  • We take cases of persons detained and non-detained, and also those who are in immigration proceedings or are applying affirmatively with immigration services.
  • Casa Cornelia Law Center provides quality pro bono (free) legal representation to victims of human rights violations and is committed to the indigent within the immigrant community.  Services are available to those individuals and families without sufficient financial resources to hire an attorney.
